Prize Draw Terms & Conditions - 'Berlin'

To enter the prize draw to win a 2-night Christmas Market city break for 2, staying in the 4-star Upstalsboom Hotel Friedrichshain, including breakfast, two Berlin WelcomeCards and return flights with Air Berlin, all you need to do is send in the fully completed postcard from the DERTOUR insert in the September 2008 edition of 'Motoring & Leisure' Magazine and freepost it back to the address indicated. By doing so, you accept our ‘Terms & Conditions'.

1. The prize is a 2-night Christmas Market city break, staying in the 4-star Upstalsboom Hotel Friedrichshain, including breakfast and return flights from London+. The prize is sponsored by Air Berlin and the winner will be informed no later than 13th October 2008.
2. The competition is open to UK residents 21 and over, except employees of DER Travel Service Ltd. and ‘Motoring & Leisure' Magazine, their families and suppliers, agents or associates.
3. One entry per household only.
4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternatives are available.
5. The competition closes on 5th October 2008 at 3pm.
6. The winner will be picked at random on 6th October 2008 and will be contacted by 13th October 2008 at the latest.
7. The decision is final and not open to negotiation.
