Matjes Tartare on Sunflower Bread with Quark & Chives (Berlin)


Serves  10

 

  • 200 g Matjes fillets
  • 20 g Gherkins
  • 20 g Shallots
  • 10 Sunflower bread discs
  • 50 g crème fraiche
  • Chopped chives
  1. Dice up the matjes fillets, gherkins and the shallots. Combine it all together.
  2. Press the mix in a canape ring to shape. Place on top of the bread disc.
  3. Put crème fraiche on top and garnish with chives.
