
Matjes Tartare on Sunflower Bread with Quark & Chives (Berlin)
Serves 10
- 200 g Matjes fillets
- 20 g Gherkins
- 20 g Shallots
- 10 Sunflower bread discs
- 50 g crème fraiche
- Chopped chives
- Dice up the matjes fillets, gherkins and the shallots. Combine it all together.
- Press the mix in a canape ring to shape. Place on top of the bread disc.
- Put crème fraiche on top and garnish with chives.
