The Hodenhagen Serengeti Park
The Hodenhagen Serengeti safari park, Germany's biggest safari and big game reserve, has over 1000 exotic animals. Choose between four different worlds: Animal Land, Water Land, Monkey Land and Leisure Land. Visitors can experience a real African safari in the Animal Land. The animals often stare right into the Serengeti bus or in through your car windows.
You can see giraffes, rhinos, camels and many other animals at first hand on the safari road through the animal enclosures. There is a jungle safari adventure tour with special effects, which now is even more exciting, with life-like lion and rhino attacks, realistic hippos, the exciting invasion of an African tribe or the crossing of a dangerous adventure bridge!
You can, of course, also explore the park in your own car. People with disabilities can enjoy the park on a wheelchair-friendly tour with the Western railway or the Serengeti buses. Water and Leisure Land are theme parks full of rollercoasters and water rides. Monkey Land features 200 monkeys and apes and is explored by foot.
