Wertheim Village
Wertheim Village is a unique place in Germany. Six days a week and throughout the entire year, leading fashion and designer brands offer their past seasons merchandise at prices that can be as much as 60% below the original price.
An Outstanding Selection of Services
Fine brands find a creative and exclusive environment at Wertheim Village. Each store occupies its own small building, thus giving each brand the opportunity to accentuate its own identity and present itself in accord with its own image; all achieved within the framework of the Village’s overall architectural concept.
The brands are under contractual obligation to ensure that the selection of merchandise and the wares in stock satisfy strictly defined criteria. Each brand guarantees that only genuine remnant stock will be offered for sale: i.e. merchandise from past seasons, items from conventional distribution channels or factories, and/or wares which have become available due to cancelled orders.
Numerous Advantages
Brand-Name Quality and a Wide Spectrum of Styles
Wertheim Village provides a home for brands from the upper segment of the market with accessories, leisure and designer garments, sportswear, leather goods, and accessories for home living and table culture all available.
An Especially Attractive Selection
All year round, customers can purchase merchandise from leading fashion and de-signer brands at prices that can be as much as 60% below the manufacturer’s retail prices. (At certain times, discounts may be even greater than 60%.) Averaged over the entire year, the prices at Wertheim Village are approximately 50% lower than the original recommended retail prices.
A Refreshing Environment
Wertheim Village is an ideal place to spend a successful shopping day with one’s friends and/or relatives. The village’s stores line an outdoor pedestrian zone that’s interspersed with beautifully landscaped plazas. Wertheim Village’s imaginative architecture is inspired by the style of traditional buildings in Franconia and these historical traditions, for which the Tauber Valley is world renowned, are expressed in exquisite details and high-quality materials throughout.
The Village nestles amidst the picturesque landscape of the Tauber Valley, which is distinguished by its many vineyards. The shopping village is also very close to the city of Wertheim, which ranks among the country’s most beautiful and most romantic cities.
A tourist information centre, located on site, helps to advertise the city of Wertheim and other local sights of interest to tourists.
Road and Rail Access to The Village
